SORT is a platform created on the individual request of the Kraków-based travel agency MCIT. Its purpose was to coordinate the accommodation and transportation base used by the agency in order to smoothly manage the pickup of guests from hotels for tours organized by MCIT. A total of over 140 hotels and several dozen vehicles were registered in the system. The system operated on real-time information exchange via email and SMS.
