The administrator of your personal data is Krzysztof Kociołek, conducting business activity and holding Tax Identification Number (TIN): PL6761118764, hereinafter referred to as the Provider.

The data will be processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form on the website. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as it is necessary for the legitimate interest of the Provider (depending on the subject of the correspondence) in maintaining contact with individuals potentially interested in services provided by the Provider, or in defending/pursuing claims by the Provider – for the period until the correspondence related to the submitted inquiry is concluded, and:

in the case of potential clients – for the period during which there is a probable interest in the Provider’s services in the future,

in the case of defending/pursuing claims – for the statute of limitations of those claims.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, as well as the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to data processing.

Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland if in your opinion your personal data is being processed in violation of data protection regulations.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, will occur in connection with the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data may be disclosed by the Provider to IT system and hosting providers for the Provider in connection with the submitted inquiry.

Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive a response to the submitted inquiry (email address). Refusal to provide an email address will make it impossible to respond to your inquiry.
